For several years now, the Greek artist Danae Theodoridou has been devoting herself, at the invitation of La Strada and in close discourse with the local community, to questions about possible forms of living together in the "city of the future". As part of this year's festival and in cooperation with Graz Kulturjahr 2020, Theodoridou will open the listed building of the Tennenmälzerei in Graz Reininghaus with thematic focus weekends and plenty of space for projects and ideas. The "Analogue Campaign", a participatory project focusing on the practice of democracy, will start in September. Five participants aged 18 and over are invited to create their own speech with the topic of democracy in a working process together with the artist and to hold it unannounced in the public space of Graz within the framework of the La Strada festival.
