If you pronounce the German word for stupid correctly - namely as a correctly bleated “dä-ää-mlich” - you understand the main characters of this family play much better. They’re guaranteed hand-knitted - inspired by the protagonists of the young people’s picture book “Das Lamm, das kein Schaf sein wollte” [the lamb who didn’t want to be a sheep] - and it takes them a while to realise that something is wrong. Only once, following chubby Brigitte and elderly Odile, the dazzling Siegfried also disappears, does it dawn on the flock in the green meadow that they have to do something. But how do you fight back when you’re a sheep? Here’s a hint: solidarity and the strength of community can help and are anything but dä-ää-mlich!!
